Warehouses and hangars, turnkey

We build warehouse complexes from light metal and light steel thin-walled structures (LMK/LSTK): heated and cold warehouses, production halls, hangars and canopies. From the foundation to gates, floors and ventilation.

A fast-erection building is bolted together from factory-made elements — several times faster than cast-in-place concrete — and it allows erection in winter, when concrete work stops.

What we do

  • LMK or LSTK frame for the design loads of the region
  • Insulated envelope: sandwich panels or layered build-up with insulation
  • Cold warehouses and unheated hangars
  • Floors with a hardened top layer for equipment loads
  • Sectional and sliding gates, dock equipment
  • Ventilation, heating, lighting, fire alarm
  • Racking — selective and drive-in systems, mezzanines

What we need for the calculation

  • Dimensions: length, width, height to the underside of load-bearing structures
  • Region — it determines snow and wind loads
  • Heated or cold building
  • Floor load and type of warehouse equipment
  • Number and type of gates
  • Whether a foundation is needed or already exists
  • Overhead crane and its capacity, if planned

Why we can’t quote a price straight away

The cost per square metre of the same building can vary twofold depending on the snow region and floor load. A warehouse in Krasnodar and an identical one in Norilsk are different frames and different steel.

That is why we do not publish a “from” price but calculate from your data. We reply with a calculation within an hour.
