A tank farm is not just a few tanks side by side, but an interconnected process complex: bunding, pipelines, pump stations, loading and unloading units, metering instruments, fire suppression and lightning protection. Every element depends on the others, and an error in one place stops the whole facility.
We run such projects from surveys and calculation through to commissioning, remaining the single responsible party. The customer does not have to coordinate the designer, the plant and the erection crew.
We inspect the site and study the task: which products, what volumes, what turnover. We calculate the required farm capacity and select the tank composition.
We develop the documentation and, where necessary, go through industrial safety expertise. Petroleum product farms are classified as hazardous production facilities, and the documents are checked closely.
We make the steel structures at our own facility. We ship in parts: the first batch leaves in 30 days and erection starts without waiting for the full set.
We assemble, test and hand over with the full package: passports, inspection records, as-built documentation. After that — service and diagnostics according to the schedule.
